This is a very high quality, low cost, Range sized smaller offering from our friends at the Teton guitar manufacturing company. Many consider the quality right on target with guitars costing $3,000. to $4,000. You have to play one of these to experience the level of workmanship, great tone and comfortable playability.
Like an unexpected splash of fresh mountain air, our Range guitars offer refreshing surprises. The first is the way we describe the Range. We call it a Mini-Jumbo. “Well, that is a dichotomy,” I hear you say. Let me explain. Teton took their Jumbo body shape and made it smaller. They also added a rounded back to this little guy. What happens when you take a mini jumbo and add a rounded back? BOOM. Incredible tone and larger than appearances sound projection. Keep in mind that this guitar has a rarefied, solid sitka spruce top. That is going to give you even more volume and a very pleasant tonal range. If you were in the market for a ¾ guitar that sounded like a full size guitar, then you can consider yourself removed from said market because you just met the Range. This one is adorned with a vintage sunburst finish.
