Vintage late 60's or early 70's Japanese made single pickup bass guitar. Tempo was a brand built in the Matsumoku factory, but they were a contractee of Guyatone. Guyatone instruments were generally of better quality than Teisco. Our's is a moderate weight, with a neck like a baseball bat. Playing it is a workout, but the reward is the sweet vintage tone. Nice original sunburst finish. You will definitely be the only one on your block with one of these! Original hardshell case included.
