Joe Osborn is an LA studio legend who started recording in 1960 and can be heard with The Mommas and the Papas, Simon and Garfunkel, America, and Nancy Sinatra to name a few all the while wielding his 1960 Fender Jazz bass. The Skyline 44-60 shares many of the same specifications as our USA Series 44-60 bass; 3-Tone Ash body, Maple neck, Rosewood fingerboard with bar frets, and is outfitted with the same passively delicious Lakland J-style pickups – fabricated by hand and wound with precision at our custom shop in Chicago. Players love the comfy 1.5” taper of the Skyline Series 44-60 neck. Crafted in Korea.
