This very rare Sound City 200 Tube Amp Head is in great condition, delivering classic vintage tone with 200 watts of all-tube power. This British-built powerhouse features four inputs. The Mark 4 series Amplifier, with 2 channels preamps are designed to amplify each tone control; there is a preamp tube for each Tone control and the tubes cascades to the next Tone control. The result is that each of the Bass, Middle, and Treble controls are highly interactive with one another. These active controls for each frequency range puts you in control of the final tone output. The Normal and Brilliant controls adjust the volume for each channel input. Presence adds clarity to the tone. These amps' rugged construction is ideal for stage or studio use.
